While we're partial to the Enneagram, there are a handful of assessments that can help leaders gain clarity on their personal styles and how the impact others. The value of the assessment is NOT identifying a number or a color or an animal ... but rather to unearth motivations, preferences, and behaviors, to better learn how to adjust those things to maximize your leadership effectiveness.

A one-and-done session in a boardroom may leave people feeling energized, but their ability to implement what they learned goes down exponentially over time. That "forgetting curve" is rampant in corporate training, making a one-day training a bad investment of time and money. Our program spreads sessions out over time - 5 half-days over 5 weeks - to give leaders time to reflect, try, practice, fail, succeed, and collect experiences to learn from.

The research is clear that training alone is less effective in producing behavior change than training paired with coaching. The coaching component helps the leader integrate their learnings, apply them, and find a safe space to explore their personal limitations or fears. It is also a place where leaders can truly understand the impact of their behaviors - good and bad. Our program includes ongoing 1:1 coaching to help each individual leader find their most effective leadership approach.

While leadership effectiveness can be hard to quantify, we will ensure that the impact of the program in its entirety is tracked, measured, and has a positive effect in the organization. We attach metrics up front, and then work towards improving them over the course of the program. Whether we use data from team members, managers, self-reflections, or something else, there will be positive change, or you don't pay.

Dialogue
While we’ve done Leadership Bootcamps before, the most important aspect is to make sure that we understand the nuance of your company, your culture, and your leaders. This way we ensure that the content is relevant, the conversation is timely, and the communication is on-point.
Customization
After learning about your organization and what makes you unique, we will customize our design and tailor our approach to fit the specific needs in front of us. We will agree on modality, and begin creating any deliverables, ensuring that everything is tailored to your company and your industry.
Updates
Throughout the entirety of the program, we will stay connected with you ensuring that you are ‘in the loop’ on any emerging topics or concerns. We will provide updates on progress, associated measurements (if applicable), and share any red flags should there be any.
Measurement
As part of the program, we will measure effectiveness and impact, and provide you with any and all data that we have showing our progress.
